In 2025, our new creation, Abrah Bakery & Daily Bistro, opened its doors to you. This place holds its own meaning, history, and concept. Abrah is the spot where you’ll want to come for a delicious breakfast with flavorful coffee and return for an elegant dinner with a glass of natural wine.
Abrah Bakery & Daily Bistro - Creation Story
The idea of Abrah was born shortly after the opening of our first U.S. location, Soloway Coffee. We dreamed of a new place that would have new meanings, both for us and for our guests. That’s when Abrah came to life.
Our bistro is located on Lincoln Avenue. The name Abrah is a shortened version of Abraham, and it’s a gesture of gratitude and dedication to the place, city, and country that welcomed us. Inside, the original interior with grandmother’s kitchen style will evoke a warm and cozy atmosphere, creating a sense of home for every guest.
Abrah is a unique integration of two completely different cultures – American and Ukrainian. However, our menu won’t feature traditional Ukrainian dishes, as our mission is different. We want to show our guests that exquisite European cuisine doesn’t always have to be outrageously expensive, and anyone can enjoy it. In this way, we are saying that our doors are open to all guests, without exception.
Abrah is about a quick stop in the morning for a refreshing coffee, fresh bread for breakfast, or a sweet croissant, and, at the same time, about long evening gatherings with good company, engaging conversations, a glass of sparkling wine, and a delicious dinner.
